How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our online booking link or message us to confirm your date. A deposit is required to secure your session.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All sessions and events require a non-refundable retainer, which goes toward your final balance.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer Photography & Videography Services
Portraits, Families, Maternity, Newborns, Kids, Branding, Headshots, Engagements, Weddings, Events, and more.
Do you travel?
Yes! Travel is available within Texas and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Fee starts above 40mins
How do I know how many hours I need?
We help you build a custom wedding timeline to determine if you need 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours of coverage.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are included in certain wedding bundles or can be added on.
Do you work with a second shooter?
Yes, second photographers or videographers are available as add-ons or included in premium packages.
Can we customize our wedding package?
Absolutely. You can adjust hours, add videography, add albums, or create a photo + video bundle.
During The Session
Payment Policies
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in, touch up makeup, and get comfortable.
What should I wear?
Choose coordinated colors, avoid busy patterns, and pick outfits that make you feel confident. We can help with wardrobe suggestions.
Can I bring props or outfit changes?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring props, meaningful items, and extra outfits to personalize your session.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due 24–48 hours before your session or event.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via our website. We accept Zelle, Cash App, card payments, bank transfers, and online invoices.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule once with advance notice. The retainer remains non-refundable but transfers to your new date.
Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable with our without book. Session fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
Photo Delivery & Editing
Travel Fees
How many photos do I get?
Each package includes a set number of edited digital images. Additional images can be purchased separately.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround time is usually 7–14 days depending on the session type. Weddings and events may take 4–8 weeks. (Faster Process per Request Only)
Will I receive unedited photos?
No. Unedited (RAW) images are not included, as they do not represent our professional standard. Only For Selection Process
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery for downloading, sharing, and printing your images. (Other means upon request)
Do you charge for travel?
Yes. Local travel up to 40mins is included. Long-distance sessions may have a travel fee based on mileage.
What if the location requires a hotel stay?
For events or weddings more than 2 hours away, a hotel fee may be added to ensure safe travel and early arrival.
Do you travel out of state?
Yes! Out-of-state sessions or weddings include standard travel + flight/lodging if needed.
Is there a location or venue fee?
If your venue or park requires a permit, the client is responsible for that cost.
Videography Service

What’s included in a video package?
Video packages may include highlight films, full ceremony footage, vows, speeches, and raw clips depending on your package.
Do you capture audio?
Yes. We use professional microphones to record vows, speeches, and key moments.
When will I receive my video?
Wedding films typically take 6–10 weeks. Short reels or event highlights may be delivered sooner.
Can you help with posing?
Yes! We guide you the entire time with flattering, natural poses.
Do you edit body shapes or features?
Standard retouching includes skin smoothing, color correction, and lighting adjustments. Body reshaping is available upon request.
Can I order prints or albums?
Yes! We offer professional prints, canvases, and custom photo albums.
